The purpose of this meeting is to hold the Homeowners Annual Election Meeting and to elect Three (3) members to the Homeowners Board of Directors.
The By-Laws of the Maple Hollow Condominium Association allows for five (5) directors. Quorum is 20% homeowners returned proxies or owners presence at the meeting. Please return your proxy as quickly as possible. Owner may exchange it for a ballot at the official meeting.
