The Village of Glen Ellyn requires that residents purchase and display a vehicle sticker for each vehicle that is registered under a Glen Ellyn address. Vehicle stickers are required for all vehicles, even if they are not located, parked, or stored at the house. Motorcycle and motorized scooter owners are also required to purchase a small metal tag that is to be placed under one of the plate screws.
The Police Department may issue tickets for noncompliance.
Stickers may be purchased online or in person. Visit https://glenellyn.org/ and select Resident Services, then Vehicle Stickers
Follow instructions on the page for online purchase. Click on one of the green purchase sticker buttons, fill in your vehicle information, then click Check Out! when done.
Click on “Search Your ID” to find the Vehicle ID by Last Name.
