PLACE: Behind 957 Tanager Ct. (In the grassy area by the creek). Please bring a lawn chair.

In the event of rain, the meeting will be held on June 11th either in the common nature area or at the Glen Ellyn Public Library. Please check the events page.

The Annual Meeting for Maple Hollow Condominium Association will be held on the date and the time stated above for the purpose of electing two (2) members to the Board of Directors. These positions will be for a term of two (2) years.

Interested in serving on the Board?

Serving on the Board is an opportunity to make a difference in the community in which you live. As a Board member, you would be responsible for making decisions regarding the hiring of contractors for various maintenance work and projects, creating and approving the budget for annual assessment fees and attending Board meetings.

If you are interested in running for a position on your Board of Directors, please complete the Nominations Form and return as indicated on the form. Once all candidates’ nominations forms are returned, you will receive a copy of all submitted forms along with a Proxy in a second mailing.
