Construction Parking Zones

Thank you to all who have reported issues. Your input is greatly appreciated! Now that all the roofing and gutter work has been completed by the contractor, Affordable Restoration, we are working with him to get all reported issues addressed.

Please continue to check your unit and report anything that may be an issue by emailing to the Maple Hollow address (maplehollowcondoassoc@gmail.com). Include photos and any information that will be helpful to identify the issue and location.

This is a reminder to report any issues by January 15, 2024. We want to get all issues resolved before we make the final payment.

With the roofing and gutter work completed, all parking rules and restrictions are back in force. Overnight street parking is no longer allowed on Creekside and Tanager.
